Soul Purpose (Dharma) and Life coaching:

Certified Life and Soul Purpose Coach

The word 'Dharma,' in Sanskrit, means 'your divine purpose.' It is our mission and our life’s work to continually transition our external circumstances to become more in alignment with our truth. The more you see yourself within, the more your outer reality changes- it all starts with you.

As your life and soul purpose coach, I will guide you to gain an understanding of what your mission is and use that wisdom to transform your life experience.

My goal is to help you discover and pursue your life purpose. My mission is to guide clients in gaining a new or deeper understanding of the world we live in and the energies that flow within it.

Trauma Recovery coaching:

Certified Trauma Recovery Coach

Coaching is distinctive from psychotherapy in that coaching embodies a forward-thinking mindset. A licensed therapist looks at your past and why you were there. As your coach, I will work with you in the present moving forward, inspiring you to become the highest version of yourself.

As a trauma recovery coach, my mission is to increase access to mental health services, helping to bridge the gap between the high demand of mental health support and the availability of well-trained practitioners. My aim is to interrupt the generational spread of trauma through the expansion of human resources.

Trauma recovery coaches help empower clients by focusing on the here and now. We will work together to build on strengths, unique characteristics of each individual, and achieve goals defined by the client. I will help clients develop coping skills to better manage their symptoms.

Coaches support their clients in getting stronger, feeling better, and working towards becoming a renewed version of themselves.

Certified Somatic Embodiment Coach

Somatic embodiment coaching focuses on helping clients to improve self-esteem and body image, gain insight into patterns of behavior, and create healthy coping skills, resulting in enhanced emotional, social, cognitive, and physical well-being.

Somatic therapy is a body-centered approach that looks at the connection of mind-body, using both psychotherapy and physical therapy for holistic healing. Through movement, we are able to release the pent-up tension that negatively affects our physical and emotional wellbeing. We will work with the nervous system, learning to read cues and use those cues to support what is needed for your unique body.

Through embodiment practice, we will increase confidence, reduce anxiety, and enhance productivity. Leadership skills and principles can be taught and embodied through the physical state.

By moving out of our head and into our body we are able to connect to our intuition, gaining clarity for our next step. This body-centric approach works by helping to shift our energy, releasing stress, tension, and trauma from the body.

We'll get exercise, find joy in the flow, and reduce stress all at the same time!

Meditation: Group and private sessions offered as 60 minute sessions.

Meditation gets us out of our self-limiting stories and into our highest consciousness. The simple practice of sitting with ourselves and connecting with our breath can shift everything. The art of meditation has the power to change the trajectory of our path and instill peace within.

By getting out of our mind and into our body, we are able to rewire and rebalance the nervous system to cultivate a sense of calm and safety in the body.

Through mindfulness meditation we are able to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, our “rest and digest.” In doing this we reduce the levels of the stress hormone Cortisol and increase our levels of Oxytocin. Oxytocin induces relaxation, promotes growth and healing, increases pain threshold, reduces stress and blood pressure.

Nature therapy sessions:

Exposure to nature is linked to a host of mental health benefits, including improved attention span, reduced levels of stress and anxiety, enhanced mood, decreased risk of psychiatric disorders, and upticks in empathy.

We can take our sessions outside, for a walk along a nature trail, the bayou or beach. You choose. We'll combine a mix of movement, balance, and exercise to increase endorphins, gain clarity, and get our creative juices flowing.

Do you want to take your coaching session outside, without the exercise? We can sit in the park or at the beach, placing our feet in the grass or sand. Grounding offers many health benefits, including improved sleep, reduced inflammation, improved tissue and cell repair, enhanced blood flow, increased heart rate variability, and improved electrical activity in the brain.

Let's take it outside! Together, we will center and ground ourselves in nature.

One-on-one coaching sessions for Life, Soul Purpose, and Trauma recovery will be offered as:

A 1 month accelerated program, consisting of one 60-minute session/week. (A total of 4 sessions)

A 3 month program, consisting of two 60- minute sessions/month. (A total of 6 sessions)

All sessions are offered as online Zoom meetings, phone, or in-person.
